All GBH Tournaments will be subject to a 5% hold back for the December 15, 2010 King of the Cards Championship Tournament. This Tournament is BY INVITATION ONLY for GBH RRPC Club Members. Please remember to register for your RRPC card when registering for any of our tournaments.

All tournaments will be played with a maximum of 110 participants with exception to the Shootout tournaments. Payouts will be based on the number of participants. Management reserves the right to change, suspend or cancel these events. All decisions of the floor personnel will be final.

Tournament registration opens at 8:30am and the tournament starts at 10:00am. Blinds start at 25-50 and increase every 30 minutes. Minimum 15 minute break at the end of every four levels. Prize payouts are based on the number of participants on the day of the tournament. Minimum of ten players required for each tournament or the tournament will be cancelled. Ladies tournaments will be open to ladies only. Shoot Out tournament will be played with 100 players Maximum with the first place winner from each table advancing to the final table. TDA rules apply to all tournaments held at the Great Blue Heron Charity Casino. The GBH requires any participants to be 19 years of age or older and have valid government issued I.D. to participate. Winning Tournament players will be required to have their photo taken for casino use. Electrical devices are not permitted at the gaming tables. Tournament floor staff will make all calls related to the game. Tournament Director’s decision is final. Management reserves the right to modify Blind Structure, Levels and times at its sole discretion and without prior notice. Management reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel any promotion at its sole discretion and without prior notice. Tournament registrations and refunds. Phone-ins for the tournament registration are done through the Rapid Rewards Desk at extension # 327. Credit card registrations accepted up to 72 hours prior to the tournament start time. Administration fees are non-refundable. Refunds will be given for the following: Tournament cancellation will be done 24 hours prior to the tournament start time. If the GBH cancels a tournament, registered participants will have their full buy-in and administration fees paid at the time of purchase returned. Emergency situations will be given at the sole discretion of the casino management and the Administration fee will not be refunded. No refunds will be given 72 hours prior to the tournament start time.
